Hip Dip Workout

Being able to make it to the gym some days can be the hardest thing in the world. We have the intention to make and do a "quick" workout but life seems to get in the way. Not to worry. In today's Home Work Video we have taken care of just that. Not only are you able to do the work out in the comfort of your own home but it doesn't take up a ton of time.

In today's video we will be doing some HIP DIP WORKOUTS. We are going to be up and down and all around, Starting off with standing side kicks. We kick our legs forward and then swing it out. Next we get down on the floor for some fire hydrants. Kick our legs out the side, this workout seems simple but it can be a killer. Then it back up on our feet as we do some crab walks. Moving forward and back they are sure to be a challenge. As always, I am just giving you a sample of one set of ten reps. Kick it up a notch and add more sets and more reps. Let's Get To It ...
