Combination Moves Pt.3

It is the HOLIDAYS and there is no time for just about anything. So trying to squeeze in a workout here and there is all that we can possibly do. Its difficult to keep up with our workout schedule when we are running back and forth trying to make sure everything is done before the guest come to town. That is why we are doing these combination moves!!!

In this video, we will be getting are arms in shape. We will be going some forward lats with some rows to get the back of the arm in shape and have no more flab. The we move to bicep and tricep curls cause we want to welcome people to the gun show. And we end it all with some front and side lateral raises. Oh yes, are arms will be TIGHT!!
