Combination Workout Moves Pt. 2

We are in the thick of the holiday season and there is no time to spare. So to make sure that we are getting the most out of every workout, I am continuing on the these of the Combination Workout.

In this video, we will be working out both the upper and lower body. We start things off with some rotational lunges that not only work out them legs but make sure that I core is tight and helps us to keep our balance. Next we will be working out those hips with come hip dips and tricep reaches. We end this workout on the floor with bridges and over head curls. Lets Get It !!!
