Barre Workout for Sculpted Arms
Being able to make it to the gym some days can be the hardest thing in the world. We have the intention to make and do a "quick" workout but life seems to get in the way. Not to worry. In today's Home Work Video we have taken care of just that. Not only are you able to do the work out in the comfort of your own home but it doesn't take up a ton of time.
This video will feature a Barre workout to sculpt your arms. No wants that turkey arm or as I like to call them WINGS LOL. I will be showing you how to do High Bicep Curls, 90 degree Shoulder Pulses, Chest Presses, Hammer Curls, Tricep Dips, and Front Rows. I did 1 set of 10 for each arm workout and it too me around FIVE minutes. I would recommend when doing them on your own that you do 3 sets of 10.
