Day 13: Try Something New

Day in and day out we have a routine and life becomes full of patterns. We get up at the same time, we leave the house the same time, get to work the same time, have lunch at the same time, leave work at the same time, and do the same things each night. We get stuck in rut. All that is about to change.

This month we are all about shaking things up, doing things different and getting back to what makes us happy. In order to do that we have to get out of this rut that we are in. No more of this beige ordinary life that we are living. Doing the same things day in and day out. Those days are OVER. 

Today a CHALLENGE you to do something different. No matter if its driving a new way home, taking the scenic route. Take in some some new sights. Say YES to something that you would normally shake your head and look the other way at. TRY SOMETHING NEW TODAY. 

I know this isnt the easiest thing in the world because we stuck in our ways, so here are some things to get you started: 


New Things to Try

Make sure every you love knows it 

Try a new restaurant 

Take a bike ride 

Run through the sprinklers 

Write a letter 

Take a Technology break 

Start a list of things of your grateful for
