Summer Snacks

Its no secret that there is a freaking HEAT WAVE. If you are anything like me, cooking a big meal isn't gonna happen. I want something quick and easy and I want it NOW. I just want to make something and get in and out the best part is to be able to leave it, do something else, and come back to a prepared meal. Now that is what I call magic. 

Even though it maybe hot, being able to put something in the oven and not have to stand over the stove is just as good. I like to keep it as simple as possible during the summer months. One pan meal, sheet pan meals, and even a crock pot meal is the way to go for me. 

But snacking on quick meals can get a little dicey. Its super easy to over eat a snack. Mainly because it can become a mindless task. Not to worry, I got you covered. Here are a couple of snacks that will keep you on track and leave you satisfied:
