Kiwi & Blueberry Parfait

I'm not going to lie, every now and then I LOVE to have me a nice little snack. And every now and then that snack happens to be cookies or brownies. Granted I know that I shouldn't be eating cookies and brownies, but I don't eat them often at all. Every now and then I get a craving and I just go for it. 

Every other day off the week when a need a delicious snack that I wont regret five minutes after I eat it, I make myself a delicious parfait. Parfaits are so simple to make and you can add just about anything to it. You can jazz it up as much as you like or even keep it super simple with just fruits and yogurt. Lets Get to Parfaiting ...

What You'll NeeD:

1 c blueberries, chopped

2 kiwis, peeled and chopped

Orange Juice

32 oz nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 c chopped almonds

What You Do:

In a bowl, mix together the blueberries, kiwis and Orange Juice. In your desired parfait container, layer 1/4 cup yogurt, top with the fruit mixture, and then 1 tablespoon of almonds. Repeat the layers until the parfait container is full. Sprinkle a couple of almonds on the top and ENJOY !!!
