Avocado Deviled Eggs

Every now and then, there comes a time when we have to be social. For some strange reason, it is frowned upon for us to keep to ourselves and take care of our own business. We have to socialize and make friends and things of that nature. People what to see us and what to know what we have been up to and catch up and things like that. 

Most of the time, these social settings usually involve food. This can go one of two ways, either you all meet up at a restaurant or you meet up and someones house. Now, if its the restaurant, we have become pros at ordering healthy foods of the menu. More times than not most people stick with grilled chicken dishes. Granted this is the safest bet but you can order other things than chicken and still eat healthy. But that is another conversation in itself. 

In the event that you go to a wonderful get together at a friends house, the challenge is always what to bring. On one hand you don't want to bring something that you can't eat. And on the other hand you don't want to bring something that no one eats. So what to do freaking bring >_<

To make life so much easier for you, how about Avocado Deviled Eggs. Its a fan favorite and has a healthy twist so you can eat at well and not feel guilty. Granted we are still paying attention to portion control (we aren't throwing the basics out just yet). Let's Get Cooking !!

What You'll Need:

10 large eggs, hardboiled

1 ripe avocado

1 lemon, juiced

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and Pepper

Smoked paprika

What You'll Do

Once eggs have cooled, slice in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Combine yolks, avocado, lemon juice, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add mixture to a zip-top plastic bag, cutting off a ¼-inch piece at the bottom corner. Pipe the filling into the halved egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika, and enjoy! ENJOY !!
