How to Make Kale Chips
Most people think that because we are on this healthy lifestyle that snacks are non-existent. That is false. Even though I eat healthy, I still snack my socks off. Snack is still on the list of things to do, its just the types of snacks that change. The key to this things is healthy swaps.
So, as a normal human beings, we all love a salty snack. Chips are indeed the best. So a nice healthy swap for this is Kale Chips. They give you the same crunch that you are used to and the salt that you crave.
The thing is not to deprive yourself of anything, just find something to replace it with. When you deprive yourself of a thing, you tend to want it more and more. This is how people fail most times. They start the process with the thought that they cant have this and cant have that, that they deprive themselves of everything. Then it turns into a craving. Then when they cant take anymore they being to over indulge and failure is ever present. But we are here to never fail because we are in this together.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the leaves from the stem of the kale. Tear the leaves into bite size pieces like chips. Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves. This is very important so that the kales bakes properly. Place the kale on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Dont go crazy and get all heavy handed. This is supposed to be a healthy snack. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are brown, but not burnt.
