Fall Super Foods for Your Immune System

I know you can smell the Pumpkin Spice in the air. I know you have had a PSL or two at this point. So that can only mean one thing … FALL ! Fall is here and its here to stay. And with fall comes some amazing things. If your are anything like me you have seen all over social media the “Fall Bucket List”, and they include come pretty amazing things.

These bucket list help you to get out the house and offer the sofa. They encourage you to go to a pumpkin patch, to go to apple picking, and of course to bake up something special. And I LOVE baking. It is truly a passion of mine. And with baking comes cooking up a meal or two just to hold me through the day. I know its a crazy thought but yea we have to eat every now and then.

The really amazing part about fall are the foods that are at their peak during this season. During fall we have a surplus of pumpkins, squashes, apples and sweet potatoes. All these are great fall foods that we should really take advantage of. The best part of this is that come of these amazing food work double duty and can provide some great immune health benefits.

So the next time that you are creating your list before heading to the grocery store, make sure to add several of these!!
