Now even though it is the fall season doesn’t mean that our goals fall by the waist side. We have made a commitment to ourselves and we intend to see them through. While we our picking apples or playing in a pumpkin patch we can still make sure that our health and fitness goals are still being achieved.

See we may not realize it but just being outside and being active is half the battle. We are making an effort and that effort is paying off. Fitness is not always going to the gym and counting reps and sets. Getting in physical activity in any form is us achieving our fitness goals. So while your at the pumpkin patch, jump in a pile of leaves. While your picking apples go on a hayride (getting in and out of that things is def an exercise LOL).

One of the best parts of fall is the change of the color of the leaves. The outdoor atmosphere is definitely a beautiful sight. So instead of going to the gym to get on the treadmill, challenge yourself to go for a walk instead and see some sights. As a little tip, while you are on your walk wonder into a farmers market and pick up a couple of things that are fresh and in season.

Just as a favor to you, I have come up with some fall super foods that will aid in your weight loss journey. Look how much you can accomplish with just one walk. Not only are you getting physical activity but you are able to head to a farmers market and get some fresh foods and produce. Talk about a win-win!
