At Home Workouts
Some times getting out the house is hard as ever. With all the errands that we have to do on a regular basis not to mention working every day. Making it to the gym is hard as ever.
Getting up in the morning is challenge in itself these days to be honest. There is so much to do and so little time. By the time I get home at the end of the day, I have just enough energy to shower and go to bed. Or so it feels. There have been plenty of days where I just want to do a quick workout before I hit the shower and call it a day.
I have realized that this is a real option and alternative. Especially on the weekends. With all the running around that I have to do, making one more stop to the gym does seem like a lot some days. I would love it if I could do a workout before I left the house or even after I get in from the errands.
I have come up with some great alternatives to gym workouts and when you are short on time.
