How to MOTIVATE Yourself



To keep on our theme for the month, Lets Get MOTIVATED. I know that it is SUPER easy to create a plan and put it on paper. The hard part comes in carrying out the plan. Things are easier said than done. A truer statement has never been said. 

But we don't have to let that get in the way of carrying out our plans. Yes, each day is crazier than the day before. And trust me when I say that I know that 24 hours just aren't enough. But when we take the time to focus on ourselves, things do become so much easier.

I know it may feel like if you take a moment for yourself, you are missing out on something else. Get that thought out of your head. Yes, I know that its hard to do. But it will be so worth it in the end. 

We have to take the time out of the day to be our own CHEERLEADERS. To help, I have some amazing ways that we can keep ourselves motivated. 


Motivate Yourself

Stay on Track 

Carry a Water Bottle

Eat With Intention 

Keep Eating

Keep Good food at Eye level

Leave Positive Reminders 

Make Clear Goals 

Write things Down 

Plan Ahead 

Start Slowly 

Tell People
