Its not to often that we talk about WELLNESS and that is going to change. Wellness is an integral part of this process and the journey. And one of the most important parts of the transition into healthy living. We are not only making a transition physically, we are making a transition mentally and emotional. There are a lot of parts to us as human and they all have to be addressed.
How to Increase you Happiness
Meditate for Each day - meditation has been known to reduce stress, increase awareness, improve your immune healthy and promote a healthy lifestyle
Stimulate your mind daily - this can be done by read book. You can go the traditional route and get a physical book or get tech savvy and listen to an audio book. Don't forget there are Podcasts
Set GOALS each day - Make sure to set SMART goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results driven, Time bound
Acknowledge your Emotions Daily - make sure that you are connecting with your emotions in a healthy way each day. No more repressing our emotions. No more disconnecting from your feelings. Make sure that you are acknowledging how your are feeling each day.
Start to practice Gratitude Each Day- you can do this by starting a gratitude journal where you write down a couple of things each day that you are thankful for. This can be done before or after your daily meditation.
Become Deliberate about your actions - Make sure you are doing things that add value to your life realizing that time is your most valuable asset. Learn to delegate tasks that you don't have time to do. Automation will be your best friend. Or you can even hire someone to do smaller tasks.
Learn to Let GO - attempting to be a perfectionist is adding more stress to your life than helping. By letting go you add more time to your day and free up so much energy to do what really matters in your life.
