I'm not going to lie to you, living a healthy lifestyle isn't easy. Just like everything else in life it take EFFORT. You actually have to put forth some effort to be successful. What a crazy concept. Like you have actually have to put something in to get something out. I know that seems out of this world. Like this should be the one aspect of life where I don't have to put in any effort and get all the reward.
So sorry to inform you, but you are going to have to put some effort in this journey. You are going to have to be consistent. You are going to have to challenge yourself and some days go above and beyond. You have to start making yourself a priority in this. This journey is something that you do just for YOU.
With everything that goes on in our lives we do a ton of things for other people. With our phones ringing off the hook and emails that are never ending, its hard to take a minute to catch a breath let alone make time for ourselves. We have to make ourselves one of the most important things that we do daily.
It can be as simple as making sure that we are staying hydrated or taking a couple of minutes to ourselves where we do nothing but breathe. Yup that small and that simple.
