Signs You're Drinking Too Much Water
We all know that drinking water is good for your. Flushes out your body, helps you properly function, keeps you going and all that good stuff. But, there is a such thing as drinking too much water. It may seem impossible because we are always on the good but it does happen more often than we realize. Drinking too much water is known as water intoxication and can lead to serious health problems like coma, seizures and even death.
Water intoxication causes the inside of our cells to flood because there isn't enough sodium in our blood streams. That's correct a little sodium is needed for use to properly function. Remember all things in moderation. Its when we go into over kill that we have a issues and thing fall apart.
There is no right amount of water to drink. Like drinking eight glasses a day like we have been told forever.
