Mindset Change for 2018 – Part 2

Now that some time has passed, and the reality of a new year is setting in, you may have all these thoughts and ideas of everything you want to achieve. But like we were discussing before, what have you really let go? Are you really ready to take on more things when you barely made it with what was already on your plate?

I know that sounded a bit harsh, but now is not the time for games. We have to be HONEST with ourselves, REALLY HONEST. Some of use just made it through 2017. No matter what anyone told you or what they put on social media, everyone had a HARD YEAR. 2017 was no walk in the park. It was nightmare.

We need to really assess what is and was going on in our lives so that we start 2018 off on the right foot. We need to kick all those bad habits the curb and only make room for POSITIVE VIBES.

I can’t begin to tell you how many conversations I had with clients from October to December that consisted of just letting go of negativity. The number of people who harbor negative and don’t even realize it until I pointed it out was unbelievable. I don’t want to add you to the list of people.
