It’s no secret that losing weight is constantly on our minds. Or is that just me? Well I am always thinking about different thing that I can do to get rid of the bulge here or there. I am always wondering if there is something that I am missing that will give me the last bit of success that I am missing. Like there has to be something out there that will help me get rid of this muffin top. Or there has to be something that I can do to make sure I get these nicely toned arms that I have been dreaming of.
Of course there is. There is always something that I can stop eating to make sure I’m not adding bad fats to my diet. Or there a certain exercise that I can be doing to achieve arm sexiness. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Aside from physical activity there are lifestyle changes that I can be making to ensure that I make the changes and stick to them.
The ultimate goal of all of this is not to get to a certain status of being healthy and fit but MAINTAINING the lifestyle and staying healthy and fit. This is more than just being able to look good on the beach, even though that is a goal for the next couple of months. When the summer time is up, I will still be heading to the gym making sure that I maintain all of the goodness that I worked hard to achieve.
There are some things that I have started implementing in my life to make sure that all the work that I have been putting in doesn’t go to waste. I want to make sure that I maintain the sexy that I have created. So before I go in and get crazy about all the new workout that I have started and been doing, here is what I have started implementing:

- Be mindful
