So here it is midweek and we still don’t know how we are going to get any gym time in and we can’t remember the last time we added some veggies to our plate. Don’t worry you’re not the only one. I have that issue some weeks as well. Like we had this wonderful plan all laid out but somehow life got in the way. WTH!!!!
We are so much better than this. Like we are ADULTS. We are supposed to have a handle on life and things are supposed to be working as planned. Why does adulting have to be so hard. And please tell me why we wanted to be adults so freaking bad. Even more so, why didn’t our parents really warn us what adulthood was really like. Cause believe you me, if they would have said going to work, being responsible, and paying bills was this hard, I would have never left home.
Here we are, ADULTS. Making this work each day, each week, and every month. Once again, we get so caught up in the mundane of the day to day that we forget what is important. We forget to pay attention to the things that really matter and it’s not making the deadlines at work. We get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of day that we are eating food on the go and packing on the pounds. This is not how we wanted things to go. Worst of all we are so busy that we never get a chance to get a little gym time in.
