Foods to eat to cut the calories

Getting behind on what feels like everything in life is absolutely no fun at all. When you let one thing fall by the waste side it’s like a domino effect. And getting things in order after the fall is even worst. At that point, you feel like everything is falling apart around you. Like there is no looking up and it’s just a downhill battle. It’s the weight of the world is on you because there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done. How am I supposed to function within 24 hours when I need at least 20 for sleep? Tell me how is that possible?

I shall press on and make the best of my situation, that I of course created LOL. To be honest, I am making strides. I have somehow managed to actually get things done in the 24 hours allotted to me. But not just get them done. I am now officially ahead of the curve. Oh Yea!! I am ahead of the game. Now, being ahead of the game means that I have a chance to look into other things and soar above the clouds. This is me getting ahead of myself once again and getting so far down the rabbit hole that I get in over my head and realize I don’t have enough hours in the day to get things accomplished.

Back to reality, I have accomplished all my tasks that I need to catch up and I was also able to get ahead of the game on a couple of things. Thus, allowing me to start earlier on other tasks that I had scheduled later in the week. I have been making some real progress.

Admittedly, one of the things that I have lacked on is my workouts. I wasn’t doing them as often or was I go hard in the gym like I was supposed to. Shame on me, big SHAME ON ME. I have learned that Honesty is the best policy. So I am being honest. But, this is another one of the thing that I have been able to get on top of. The weather hasn’t been too great so I have had to come up some other ideas to get my cardio in. I used my resources and found that my local gym is offering classes that fall in the cardio category. Put a check in the win column for me!!!

Now, even though I haven’t been up to par with keeping up things on track there are a couple of things that haven’t slipped between the cracks. On the top of the list is my eating. I still have managed to make sure that I am taking in all the proper foods to continue to push me forward on this journey. With that being said, here are some foods that you can put on your plate to cut the calories.
