8 Foods You Shouldn't Eat Before a Workout
Keeping the theme going, lets talk about these foods we are eating before we start our workout. Let me mention that it is recommended that you don't eat at least two hours before working out. This is to make sure that you don't suffer from things like muscle cramps.
Don't go crazy on me cause pre-workout drinks do not count. Granted I don't take pre-workout but you can. Depending on the type of pre-workout that you are taking, it will tell you how long before your workout you should be taking it.
Lets get back on track. Yes, you do want to make sure that you are getting some food in your system before you workout. Your body needs the food to fuel it during the workout. This is very IMPORTANT. You do need to eat before working out. But there are some food that you should steer clear of. Depending out what you eat, it could essentially mess up your workout.
These uncomforts are no joke when you are out in public. If you are working out at your house, then the umcomforts are not that bad. But when you are at a public gym that your start making noises that are coming from different parts of your body, its not cute. Now there are some noises at the gym that are perfectly fine, like that sound of accomplishment that you let out when you just finished a set and you drop the weights on the ground, Go for that one all the times. But the noises that start as stomach rumblings but then come out of the lower half of your body, yea you want to avoid those by all costs.
