Maybe I should write that down

I constantly have a ton of things going on on a daily basis. It was becoming so hard to keep everything in order and making sure I got everything done in a timely fashion. I was using sticky notes but they were really getting out of hand. I had thought I was fancy and used different color sticky notes, but they were still all over the place and starting to get hard to keep track of. I had notes on top of notes on top of notes. I was tired of seeing little 3x3 squares all over the place. One of the main reasons that I started using my planners as you recall in an earlier post (click here to read about my planners). To briefly talk about my planners, I started with one planner to track everything that I was doing. I soon realized that the one planner became a little too packed with information. So I got a planner for each aspect of my life, i.e. personal, fitness, administration so on and so forth. You get the point. The planners have been working and I love the creative aspect that they allow.

Now, planners are only as useful as the person using them. So it’s still up to me to be productive with my planners and make sure I am using them to their full potential. I will admit that I do occasionally use sticky notes as well. As you know I have a lot of planners so carrying them around all the time isn’t a good look. Now even though that I have things written down and looking pretty, some days are harder than others to keep everything in order and making sure they are down on paper. Don’t get me started on Mondays. I just don’t feel like doing anything on Monday s. But even more so, there are days that I just don’t want to do anything at all. This doesn’t help anything or anyone. So I had to figure out how to keep myself sharp and on top of my game at all times. Through some research and effort, I found that there are things that I can eat that can keep me at the top of my game.  The best part was that these foods were actually something I wanted to eat. They are all things that I love and don’t mind eating a little more of, especially if it keeps me at my best.
