Oh Friday, How I’ve Missed Thee

This week has been a giant ball of emotions, with the feeling of being overwhelmed at the very top of the list. I admittedly have a very bad habit of letting my emotions get the best of me. Probably because I don’t express them enough and keep them all balled up inside until there is no room for anything else and bust at the seams in an uncontrollable giant ball of tears.

So with all my emotions going crazy, I have been focusing on stress relief and ways to keep focus. My planners have been a big help and so is writing things down. I have sticky notes all over the place and the pages of my little notebook are filled with random notes about things, thoughts, and tasks.

This weekend will be a time to reboot and to get things in order and to get ahead of the game. Every day is a new opportunity to be better and get better. And the weekends provide the time and space needed to make sure that we are successful at everything that we want to accomplish.

I will be taking the time to meal prep, plan for the week ahead, and most importantly unwind. Here are a couple of ways that you can de-stress this weekend as well:
