Is Monday really such a bad word?

With the lifestyle change also comes a change of perspective. So I ask, is Monday really such a bad word. I have always had a case of the Mondays. Dreading going to work, getting up early, and all the things that Monday brings. It always seems that we thought we got everything we needed to accomplish on Friday done, yet here comes Monday with a new set of issues, most of which we thought we solved Friday.

This weekend was a true definition of success for me. I got everything accomplished that I set out to do, EVERYTHING. Everything all set and done with time to spare, so I added a couple of wish list task (wish list task are things I was wishing to get done but didn’t think I would have enough time). On top of it all, I felt amazing doing it and accomplishing my goals. So it got me to thinking, life is about perspective.

In making the lifestyle change to be a better and healthier me, striving to be the best version of me I can be, I realized I have to change my perspective and outlook.

I was able to accomplish everything and decided to carry that positive attitude into Monday and the rest of the week. I don’t have to have a “case of the Mondays”. I know all the things I need to accomplish throughout the week (thanks to my planners), so I have already taken steps in the right direction.

Just as always, my planners are my new BFFS, I have made plans for my workout week. This week I will focus on the area of this body that gives me the most trouble, the BELLY. Here are the first set of tips that will help to beat the belly fat by adding and changing some things that are part of our plate.
