I'm going to get very honest with you and how I started this journey to a healthy lifestyle. I thought I was doing everything right and I was living it up. Then I got the shock of my life. I needed to get on track and I needed to do it right away, No more game. No more playing around. It was time to get serious. So I did just that.

Monthly Challenge

Simple workout are great but some times we need to kick it up a notch. Every couple of months we will spice things up by challenging ourselves with daily workouts. Doing a 30 Day Challenge not only challenges the body to go the extra mile but reminds of what we are really made of. And we are CONQUORS. Each day will be a new opportunity to show what we are really made of and kick butt in the process. Works are never dull around here and of course we have to keep the body guessing
